Untapped Downtown is an event that takes place in Historic Downtown Manhattan. It brings recognition to things that can be easily overlooked in the state of Kansas. The focus of the event is based around the beauty of Kansas limestone and its traditional use in local architecture. This local brewery has a unique atmosphere that can be enjoyed while sipping on a pint of a rich Kansas craft beer. There is a thriving community that can be found in the Manhattan Historic District that welcomes all those who stop by. The design of this event has a retro feel with a touch of modernism which really brings out the feel and flavor of what the heartland of America has to offer.
